Notice to the Graduating Class Of 2023!

The KCA University 15^th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, 24^thNovember 2023.

Requirements for Certification collection:

Fully filled certification collection form
A duly signed copy of the certificate clearance form is available from the Student Finance office.
Copy of the gown return form
Original National ID/Passport/Military ID
Student ID (NB: Lost student ID’s attracts a penalty of Ksh. 600)

Note: Uncollected certificates and transcripts will accrue a storage charge of Ksh. 1000 per year (or any other rate determined by the University) effective Friday, 2^nd June 2023

Graduation Photobook

The University has made plans for photography. The information is readily available on the website in case you would like to feature in the graduation photobook.

Crowd Management

To have a successful Graduation Ceremony, all graduands are urged to remain seated throughout the event until the end of the ceremony and will only be permitted to stand when called upon for the conferment of the award by the Chancellor. No movements and paparazzi activities will be permitted within the graduation square.

How do I apply for graduation and how much is it?

To apply for graduation, ensure that you have cleared your coursework and that your unit audit is checked, then initiate clearance from your student portal. After clearance then pay the graduation fees and Confirm your name entry in the provisional graduation list before close of clearance deadline.

Where do I order and pick my graduation regalia?

Requirements for Collection:

Dully filled academic attire collection form which MUST be in duplicate, available from the University website
Student ID and Original National ID/Passport/Military ID
Must have paid graduation application fee.

What is the schedule for the 15th graduation?

The KCA University 15th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, November 24 ^th,2023.

When is the graduation rehearsal?

Rehearsal for graduation will be on Thursday, 23^rd November 2023 starting at 10.00 am at the University graduation square, Main Campus-Ruaraka.

transcripts & certificates will be collected from the main campus and the dates shall be communicated on the website by Registrar’s office

In case of emergency the university has medical staff on standby.

School of Business: (Monday 21^st & Tuesday 22^nd) – 8:00am-5:00pm
School of Technology: (Wednesday 23^rd & Thursday 24^th) – 8:00am-5:00pm
School of Education/School of Professional Programmes: (Friday 25^th & Monday 28^th) – 8:00 am-5:00 pm
