How do I apply for graduation and how much is it?

To apply for graduation, ensure that you have cleared your coursework and that your unit audit is checked, then initiate clearance from your student portal. After clearance then pay the graduation fees and Confirm your name entry in the provisional graduation list before close of clearance deadline.

Where do I order and pick my graduation regalia?

Requirements for Collection:

  1. Dully filled academic attire collection form which MUST be in duplicate, available from the University website
  2. Student ID and Original National ID/Passport/Military ID
  3. Must have paid graduation application fee.

What is the schedule for the 15th graduation?

The KCA University 15th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, November 24 th,2023.

When is the graduation rehearsal?

Rehearsal for graduation will be on Thursday, 23rd November 2023 starting at 10.00 am at the  University graduation square, Main Campus-Ruaraka.

How do I check the graduation award list?

This will be communicated from the registrar’s office on the website

Where will I have a vehicle parking slot?

This will be communicated on the website

How long can I stay with the graduation regalia?

The timing will be communicated on the wesite

When and where can I pick my transcripts & certificates?

transcripts & certificates will be collected from the main campus and the dates shall be communicated on the website by Registrar’s office

In case of emergency the university has medical staff on standby.
