The Application Process

Download Application Form

Download the appropriate course application form on our webiste or pick an application form from any of our campuses.

Fill in the Form

Fill and submit the application from to an enrollment coordinator at any of our campuses or mail it to us through our post office address.

Pay the application fee

Pay the application fee through the following:

Bank
MPESA
  • Credit or Debit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
  • Banker’s cheque
  • KCA Bank Accounts

MPESA​ ( Paybill Number – 300078 follow the steps below to pay

  1. Select Pay Bill from M-Pesa menu
  2. Enter business no. 300078
  3. Enter Account no. student no/admission no./application no.
  4. Enter amount to pay
  5. Enter PIN number
  6. Confirm payment details and submit payment

Gather Necessary Documents

Show the enrollment coordinator the originals and submit copies of the following documents:

Undergraduate Applicants
Graduate Applicants
  • High school certificate (KCSE, IGSCE, IB, etc.)​

  • Academic transcripts or result slip

  • National ID or Birth Certificate or Passport

  • Two (2) colour passport size photographs

  • Proof of application fee payment (KSh 1000)

  • Bachelors certificate and transcripts

  • Recent curriculum vitae

  • Letter from employer

  • Proof of application fee payment (KSh 3000)

Get Admitted

If your applications is complete and you meet the admission requirements, you will be issued your Admission letter in a few minutes!
