Job Objective
- The position holder shall be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to KCA University Foundation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the KCA University Foundation.
- Coordinate and prioritize schedules, appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, reports, and other materials.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
- Coordinate communication between the Executive Director’s office and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between KCAU Foundation and other departments, faculty, staff, students, and external organizations.
- Assist in the planning and executing of special projects, initiatives and events as assigned by the Executive Director.
- Assist with preparing and distributing reports, presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and offices to ensure seamless implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment and facilities management, ensuring a well-equipped and efficient work environment.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by your Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications or a related field from an accredited/recognized University.

- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
