KCA University is hosting the Public Lecture, part of its monthly series tomorrow, Tuesday at the Ruaraka Main Campus on the topic : "Enhancing Customer experience in Public Service as an Enabler for Business" .The forum to be moderated by seasoned journalist Mr Joe Ageyo will feature prominent personalities including Dr Julius Kipngetich, CEO for the Jubilee Holdings Group, Mrs Esther Koimett, Principal Secretary for Broadcasting & Telecommunications and Ms Carole Kariuki, the KEPSA CEO.
