Profile

I am a self oriented security professional, a trained paramilitary officer and a senior investigator for over 20 years having served in both government and corporate organizations including KWS, Daystar University, and Kenya Power. Formerly an instructor at KWS Law Enforcement Academy, and a Court Users’ Committee member, I have trained hundreds of security personnel both in government and private institutions on security, criminal justice procedures, and investigations. My journey into the corporate security began in 2014 when I joined Daystar University as a pioneer University Security Coordinator where I had the privilege to establish security policies and integrated with civilian life. In my career, I have achieved great milestones in crime detection and prevention while at the tourism and wildlife sector as a revenue protector and an anti illegal wildlife trophy trade operations commander, and at the ministry of energy, where I made recoveries amounting to over 500 million shillings. I have successfully investigated and prosecuted high profile criminal cases ranging from sabotage and economic crimes, theft, vandalism and fraud. I have actively secured critical energy installations within Nairobi and Machakos counties and other key projects. I am a passionate security team leader with rich experience in working with multisectoral teams and members of the criminal justice system.
