All graduands of the 21st Graduation Ceremony must present a duly filled Academic Attire Collection Form, in duplicate, when collecting their academic attire. The same form must be attached when returning the attire.

How to use the form
- Download and print two copies of the form.
- Fill in your full names, course, specialization, student registration number, phone number, national ID number and email.
- Bring both copies on your school’s collection day, together with your Student ID, your Original National ID/Passport, and proof that you have paid the graduation application fee.
- Attach the form when you return the attire by 5.00pm on Monday, 14th December 2026.

Please note
- Attire not returned by the deadline will attract a penalty of KShs 2,000 per day.
- Lost attire charges: Masters KShs 25,000; Bachelors KShs 20,000; Diplomas KShs 15,000.
