  1. Complete Your Online Application

    Opens Friday, 17th July 2026

    Complete your online application through the KCA University Online Application Portal, then download your admission offer letter from your email.

    Apply & Get Your Letter

  2. Prepare Your Admission Documents

    Review your admission offer letter and prepare the required documents listed in it, including your KCSE certificate, national ID or birth certificate, and passport photos.

  3. Report for Registration

    Report to the University on the official reporting date indicated in your admission letter to complete registration and begin your academic journey.
