Course Overview

Become a professional capable of executing and managing operations in procurement, warehousing, and transportation of goods in a global market and business environment. You will learn to identify components of supply chain such as facilities (warehouses and factories), inventory, transportation, pricing among others, and the tools used to evaluate them. By the end of the programme you will be able to analyze the design and plan activities of logistics networks which support supply chain operations; and formulate a framework for a viable and sustainable supply chain and identify components of supply chain that will sustain this framework.
