Course Overview

This programme develops a student’s entrepreneurial and leadership skillsenabling them to become corporate leaders equipped to manage diverse challenges of the corporate world. At the end of the programme, the student will be able to plan, monitor and evaluate the organization’s growth and business goals; effectively map and implement financial strategies taking advantage of emerging financial opportunities, and to provide versatile leadership, professionalism, and build an organizational culture that will lead to sustainable growth and continuity.

This course is suitable for practising managers with at least three years’ experience at a anagerial position and holders of a business degree aspiring to manage and lead a business in the global environment.
