Full payments to be paid on 1st day of the duration chosen. All residents are expected to stay for the full duration of the period chosen or forfeit the unutilized balance.

Special consideration will be accorded to anyone who will have chosen a shorter duration first month to top-up to full semester stay by paying the difference between the two. This means if you paid one month you can pay for remaining two months at the end of first month. Similarly if you pay for two months at the beginning of first month you can pay for third month by paying the difference to complete full semester. All residents are requested to make adequate arrangements to ensure appropriate medical expenses in the event of illness and provide relevant details to us or provide a refundable emergency deposit to be used Incase of an emergency
