KCA University alumnus and Alumni Board member, Sir Charles Kyalo Munywoki, co-founder of Kipeto Energy PLC and his partners have signed a monumental green energy expansion agreement valued at over KSh 32.5 billion.

The landmark partnership, signed between Craftskills and Meridiam, funds the expansion of the Kipeto Wind Farm by an additional 100 megawatts (MW) of wind capacity, seamlessly integrated with a 50 megawatt-hour (MWh) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Underscoring its profound economic weight, the signing ceremony was witnessed by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya, Dr. William Ruto, and His Excellency the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, during high-profile bilateral talks at State House, Nairobi.
