Profile
I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. With a wealth of expertise in Conveyancing, Company/Business registration, Intelectual property, real estate, labour law, legal research, report writing, and Corporate Law which includes; drafting/reviewing contracts and MoUs, negotiations of contracts and conducting due diligence to ascertain the viability of the documentation, developing and drafting/reviewing internal policies, advising clients on risk mitigation factors, and making recommendations thereof through legal opinions, advice, and representation in court.
