Prof. Isaiah I.C. Wakindiki, PhD., Pr. Sci. Nat., EBS, is the Vice Chancellor & CEO of KCA University. He is a Professor of Soil Science with over 30 years of experience in teaching, research and university leadership, and is nationally recognised for his distinguished service to higher education and national development.
The Office of the Vice Chancellor & CEO is established under Section 21 of the University Charter and in accordance with the Universities Act. The section bestows upon the Vice Chancellor and CEO overall responsibility for the direction, organization, administration and academic programmes of the University, in accordance with the general policies formulated by the University Council.
The Executive Administrator Office of the Vice Chancellor and CEO is to provide external and internal policy and administrative support for the office.
The Vice Chancellor provides strategic direction and leadership in line with the vision and mission of the University. Under the current university structure, the following officers report directly to the Vice Chancellor.
